Both Bushes promised more and delivered a whole lot less. I can't think of any political leader in either party who would have accomplished half as much in one year as you described. The US President is a lousy job, public housing in a poor neighborhood with a target on your back. No wonder George Washington had to be talked into it. President Trump's techniques and public rants are embarrassing but he's getting the job done.
