While I totally agree with your comments I am confused by your logic by earlier not recommending a Republican vote. Admit ably Trump was definitely not my desired first, second, or third choice for President it seemed to me, and lots of others, that a vote for him was the only effective vote against the Democrat leadership insanity. Now we wait and hope he’s more effective at recasting our outlandish government than he was during his first term.
I really wish I could have seen my so-called colleagues’ faces when Trump’s victory was confirmed. Nietzsche’s characterization of intellectually inbred academics as “scholarly oxen” is fitting!
